                                            oil & gas transactions, and corporate and financial matters.

                                      financial litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as before international arbitration
                                      tribunals.  She is a member of the highly prestigious United States Supreme Court Bar and is
                                      one of only a small number of lawyers who can represent clients in cases before that High Court.
